Our first collection includes only one color. In the future, many more colors will be produced, which will soon be found not only online but also in stores.

THE ZENGIARO SIGNATURE

We designed our very own fragrance together with a young New Yorker company. Our team met one of the founders back in 2021 in NYC and we immediately fell in love with their philosophy and art.

Within half a year, together with the two fragrance designers, we tried countless scents and worked on each parameter until we had the fragrance in our hands that it is today.

  • Placing an Order
    Shipping and Billing addresses must be the same for order processing.

    Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

    Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or cancelled.

    Prices
    Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

    Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

    Order Status
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number, once your order has shipped. We work exclusively with Swiss Post (A- and B-Post).

  • Shipping and Delivery Information
    Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

    Processing times may increase during holidays and other peak times.

    To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout.

    Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

    Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

    We do not ship to PO boxes.

    We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

    Swiss Shipping and Costs
    We work exclusively with Swiss Post for the beginning. A Post costs CHF 9.00, B Post costs CHF 6.00. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

    Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender
    If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

    If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at your expense.

    For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

    Damaged/Opened Box
    If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us here.

    Lost Packages
    ZENGIARO is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.

  • Payments
    Accepted payments are Paypal, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.

    Charging your card
    Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fee.

  • Standard Return Policy
    Please send us an e-mail to hello@zengiaro.com to organize your return or exchange. Since we are a small business, everything is very personal and we want you to be happy with your product(s)!

    All returns must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).

    To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in sale-able condition.

    The item must be new, not worn, unaltered and free of any odours or fragrances.

    If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

    A CHF 15 fee will be applied to all Swiss returns.

    A CHF 40 fee will be applied to all other returns (DE, AT, IT, FR).

    Refunds
    You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.

    Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear in your bank statement.

    All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment

    All shipping costs are non-refundable.
